As we celebrate our 190th anniversary, we’re inviting our customers, employees, and neighbors to help us turn this milestone into something meaningful for local families. Together, we can stock pantry shelves, support neighbors facing food insecurity, and show what’s possible when a community comes together. Feed the Need Food Drive
190 Years. 190 Boxes. One Shared Goal.
From October 1 through November 21, 2026, help us reach our goal of donating 190 boxes of food to pantries across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Bring your food donations to a local HNB office and help us fill each box with care for our neighbors. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal and helps local pantries provide food to the people who rely on them. One donation may seem small, but when we each give what we can, those contributions add up to meaningful support.

The 190 and Counting Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Honesdale National Bank, 733 Main Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania 18431 ("HNB" or "Sponsor").
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 21, 2026("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:
- Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Are legal residents of Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey;
- Have a valid government-issued identification upon request.
The following individuals are not eligible to win:
- Employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of The Honesdale National Bank;
- Employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of The Honesdale National Bank Foundation;
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and their spouses) of the foregoing; and
- Individuals residing in the same household as any excluded person.
How to Enter
Limit one (1) entry per individual during the Promotion Period, except where additional promotional entries are expressly permitted below.
Eligible individuals may enter through one of the following methods:
Free Online Entry
Complete and submit the official online entry form available at the designated Sweepstakes webpage during the Promotion Period.
In-Person Entry
Complete an official entry form at a participating HNB branch location and deposit it in the designated entry receptacle.
Mail-In Entry (Free Alternative Method of Entry)
Handprint your name, address, phone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 21, 2026, and received by November 28, 2026.
Additional Promotional Entries
Participants may earn additional promotional entries as follows:
- One (1) additional entry per person per calendar week for donating non-perishable food items through an official HNB collection site during the Promotion Period.
- Donated items must be accepted and validated by HNB staff.
- One (1) additional entry for opening a qualifying deposit account at HNB during the Promotion Period.
No donation, account opening, or financial transaction is required to enter or win. Individuals may obtain the same number of promotional entries without making a donation or opening an account by submitting a written request for equivalent promotional entries to the address listed above during the Promotion Period.
Entry Restrictions
- Automated, robotic, scripted, or bulk entries are prohibited.
- Entries generated by artificial means, multiple identities, or fraudulent practices are void.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of violating these Official Rules.
- Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.
Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
- $1,900 cash, payable by check.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,900.00
No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 26, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the information submitted with the entry.
If a potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days;
- Fails to complete required documentation;
- Is determined to be ineligible; or
- Refuses the prize,
the Sponsor may disqualify the individual and select an alternate winner through an additional random drawing.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
If required by law, Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting documents, including IRS Form 1099-MISC.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Honesdale National Bank, The Honesdale National Bank Foundation, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, public emergencies, cyber incidents, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with HNB's Privacy Notice. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not create a customer relationship with HNB.
Not a Bank Product
This Sweepstakes is a promotional contest and is not a deposit account, banking product, loan product, or financial service. Participation is not conditioned on obtaining any banking product or service from The Honesdale National Bank.
Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
