C.E. Gibbs Memorial Fund

Under the provisions of the Will of Mrs. Inez B. Gibbs, a Charitable Trust known as the C. E. Gibbs Memorial Fund was created. 

The Memorial Fund is to provide for surgical or medical treatment for any Wayne County resident who is financially unable to pay for the same and which has been certified to by his or her physician.
